The owner, a sculptor and master cabinetmaker, wished to exhibit his talent to the world in this unique modernist house: A testimony to the golden era of the Menorcan bourgeoisie in the 19th century. The abundance of arches with polychrome stained glass, playing with light inspired by Gothic windows, along with the infusion of colors and abstract patterns in its hydraulic tiles, turn this house into a genuine visual spectacle, reminiscent of the era of Gaudí.

This two-story building is situated on the corner of a picturesque street in the old town of Mahón, distinguished by its exclusive patio that illuminates the entire residence.

It is distributed across various elegant rooms, including a living room with a fireplace, study, dining room, and a kitchen with a well, along with a total of 10 bedrooms.
