In the municipality of Alaior, in one of the most representative rural areas of Menorca, you find an authentic Menorquin farm which escapes the ravages of modern life, a “lloc”, which is how the Menorquins call these large agricultural estates. A property of more than 200.000 m² of land and where stands a splendid old house that retains all its original spirit; it also has stables and other rural buildings totalling more than 1,000 m² built area.
